Dr. James Waller MD was a member of the Communist Worker's Party. He was killed in the Greensboro Massacre on November 3, 1979. Having joined a textile plant to lead its union, he was targeted for assassination and was shot dead by members of the Ku Klux Klan and American Nazi party at a rally against the Ku Klux Klan.
