Schwaben Quellen (translates in English to "Schwabia Sources") is a large spa/waterpark complex located in Germany, and connected to a hotel complex.

As a member of European Waterparks Association (EWA), it maintains a high standard of quality, across a wide range of recreational bathing activities, including saunas, steamrooms, various kinds of baths, and what they refer to as "adventure showers". There is even a large room full of snow, kept at -20 degrees C, so that participants can roll in the snow naked (like many German bathing areas, people are expected to be naked throughout the space).

Some of the baths are indoors, and others are outdoors, providing a good mix of different kinds of bathing environments. There is an indoor restaurant overlooking some of the baths, where a meal can be purchased using the wristband that also functions as a key for the locker into which each participant places their clothing and personal effects (absent pockets, i.e. absent clothing, the wristband serves as point of contact, with a microchip in the wristband for the purpose of tracking bathers through the facility).
