 In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 is the second studio album by progressive rock quartet Coheed and Cambria. It was released on October 7th, 2003 through Equal Vision Records. It was recorded at Applehead Recording, Woodstock, New York and produced by Michael Birnbaum and Chris Bittne.

The album is the third installment (but second album released) of a predicted pentalogy about the ongoing saga of the Keywork. The music of Coheed and Cambria is a companion to the graphic novel series The Bag On Line Adventures by lead singer Claudio Sanchez. There are two notable singles on this album, "A Favor House Atlantic" and "Blood Red Summer".

Note: It is debated whether tracks 7-9 are titled "The Camper Velourium" or "The Velourium Camper." The official website lists the tracks as "Velourium Camper," but the rereleased CD case says "Camper Velourium," as do most websites, so that is assumed to be the correct name.
