Jim Mullen (born November 26, 1945) is a Glasgow-born jazz guitarist with a distinctive style, picking with the thumb rather than a plectrum.

After playing with Brian Auger's Oblivion Express and Kokomo, in the 1970s and 1980s, Mullen found considerable acclaim as joint leader of the Brisish jazz funk band Morrissey - Mullen with tenor saxophone player Dick Morrissey.
