As you can see I'm very new here. I'm still trying to get clear on how everything is done so I don't mess up, because I really respect this project. I Think it's the best thing to come around the internet in a long time.

I'd like to contribute mostly to the games section, as I have a fairly vast knowledge of abstract games (card games, board games, and the like). My interest in contributing was first peaked when I noticed there is currently no article on Xiang Qi yet, otherwise known as Chinese chess. I was though, quite pleased to see an Article on Shougi. If I get the the hang of all this, I'd like to contribute additional variants and relatives of Shougi, as the game has many branches of existence.
