The Dukes of Hazzard is a television show that originally aired on CBS from 1979 to February 8, 1985. The show followed good ol' boys Bo and Luke Duke in their souped-up car the General Lee, as they evaded corrupt Boss Hogg and his inept deputy Rosco P. Coltrane.

Catherine Bach's character Daisy Duke holds the distinction of having her trademark provacatively high-cut jean short shorts named after her.

The theme song "The good ol' Boys" was written and performed by the late Waylon Jennings. He was also the narrator of the show.
