Trohmania
Trohmania derives from the lead guitarist from the 2001 pop/punk band Fall Out boy, Joe Trohman. Trohmania is the variations of showmanly ways that Joe Trohman performs music to an audience an by showmanly this means not the music he plays or style but the way in which he throws the guitar about for example spinning at highspeed while still playing guitar or swinging the guitar infront of him and stll playing as showen in the 2005 single sugar were goin' down at the intro. Although some have said that he only does this for the bands music videos he has demonstrated the skill at live shows. To back this when the making of Dance Dance was being filmed he was practising the moves and fellow band member bassist Pete Wents said "yeah he does that thing, its crazy, ive tried to replicate him but i cant do it as fast as he does." then Drummer Andy Hurley said "we call it trohmania, you get hs second name 'trohman' and the word mania put them together and you get Trohmania.
Although in the video 'A little less sixteen candles a little more touch me' Joe along with Pete are flying around the room this is not counted as Trohmania as it was done with ropes and pullies, though the skill of Trohmania would benifit in that scenario for expirence in hitting the correct frets on the guitar whilst flying around.
