I have written the paragraphs of how to refer to a specific sovereign in a dynasty of kingdom and the table of Sovereigns of the Han Dynasty. I certainly needed a co-author or a major contributor since creating all the tables myself with good accuracy myself will be a heavy burden. For example, the starting and ending dates (month and day) of an Era Name may vary with the calendars used in that specific dynasty whose mathematical relationship to today calendar may not yet well understood. So far I can only list the years, balancing out accuracy and my workload.
