Woods Bagot is a global studio specialising in design and consulting that operates across four regions: Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Within each of these regions studios are staffed with both local and international designers and specialists in the areas of architecture, consulting, interior design, urban design services and project management.

The original architectural office was founded by former Architect-in-Chief for the South Australian Government Edward John Woods in Adelaide in 1869 when he was appointed as architect for the city's St Peter's Cathedral.
