Andrej Bajuk (born on 18 October 1943 in Ljubljana, Slovenia), short after the end of the world war II, his family escaped to Argentina, due to participation in collaborator movements, the Yugoslav branch of White Movement and Domobranci, and cooperating with the Nazi ocupators during the war. After Yugoslavia was dissolved, he returned to Slovenia and was the third Prime Minister of Slovenia. Candidated by Slovene People's Party, he was elected prime minister on 3 May 2000 to substitute Janez Drnovšek and held this position until 17 November the same year when Janez Drnovšek was reinstated on this position once again, according to the new election results.

Bajuk is also president of the newly founded New Slovenia Christian People's Party (Slovene Nova Slovenija - Krščanska ljudska stranka, NSi), the former Domobranci.
