Why is this report avaailable in english but not in spanish? It's charming that there are links to english-language articles on the subject, but what about spanish-language articles?

      This is only the third time that this kind of unrest has hit Belize. The previous times were in the 1950s and then in the 1980s, when a proposal was drafted to cede part of the country to Guatemala.
