Iron Chef America is a United States cooking show based on FujiTV's Iron Chef. This show is produced by Food Network. It is hosted by Mark Dacascos, the nephew of Takeshi Kaga, the original Japanese Chairman.

On this version of the Iron Chef franchise, the Iron Chefs are Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, and the final Iron Chef Japanese from the original series, Masaharu Morimoto. Wolfgang Puck was an Iron Chef on the pilot episode, but was replaced by Morimoto before production of weekly episodes began.
