Churrasco

Churrasco is a type of steak, or meat style from Argentina. Gauchos (argentinean cowboys) usually have churrascos with their friends and family, they make an "Asado".

Asado- argentinean grill, includes sausage, churrasco, sometimes chicken. Also many kinds of beef.

Churrasco is usually accompanied with a special type of sauce with herbs and spices in it. It is called "Chimmi Churri".
