San Francisco Rush 2049 (also known as San Francisco Rush 3) is the 3rd racing game in the San Francisco Rush trilogy. Developed by Midway, San Francisco Rush 2049 was originally and arcade game released in 1999. In 2000 console versions were released for the Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, and the GameBoy Color.

Features

The game is notable because of the high level of detail the went into creating a futuristic vesion San Francisco and the fast arcade style physics. The game also features a two-player mode and rumble pack support. Hidden shortcuts and jumps add to the replay value of the game. This only major difference in gameplay when compared to it's predecessors is the ability to extend wings from your car in midair and glide.
