The Cookbook is a 2005 hip hop/R&B album by Missy Elliott. It is her sixth studio album and includes the hit lead single "Lose Control" (which samples "Clear" by Cybotron) featuring Ciara and Fatman Scoop. The second single lifted off of the album, "Teary Eyed," never saw much success, hold a few appearances on TRL. The third single, "We Run This," is set to be released in 2006 with the video being filmed in mid-December of '05.
