Funkcija[uredi | uredi izvor]

Aftifilin formira stabilan kompleks sa p200 i sinerginom gama.[6][7] Protein sadrži klatrinsku kutiju, sa dva identifikovana klatrin-vezujuća motiva i uključen je u promet vezikula.[10] Protein se nalazi u mnogim eukariotima.
