Justus Lipsius building

The Justus Lipsius building is a large office building in Brussels that houses the European Council. It covers 4 hectares and has 215,000 square metres of floor space. The majority of it is conference rooms used for council meetings.

It takes its name from the street outside, which in turn named was after Justus Lipsius, a Flemish scholar.
