Alexander Vasilev (Bulgarian: Александър Василев; born 14 May 2007) is a Bulgarian tennis player. He has a career-high ITF junior combined ranking of No. 9, achieved on 14 April 2025.
Early life
[edit]His cousin is professional tennis player Grigor Dimitrov.[1]
He trains at the Good to Great Tennis Academy in Danderyd, Sweden.
Junior career
[edit]In March 2025, he won the J300 Memorial Eduardo Ferrero in Villena.[1] The following month, he won the J300 tournament in Plovdiv.[1] That June, he reached the boys' singles quarterfinals of the French Open.[2]
