Ardalan Ghilavizadeh (born 1983) is an Iranian-Australian agricultural expert, writer, and international consultant in the fields of greenhouse saffron cultivation and medicinal mushrooms. He is based in Adelaide, Australia.

Professional background

Ghilavizadeh is best known for his work in greenhouse saffron cultivation and as a consultant to over 100 mushroom and saffron farms in Iran. He was recognized as an exemplary agricultural instructor by the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Tehran Province and served as a certification supervisor for mushroom factories in the same region (2015–2021).

He has also been involved in multiple international saffron greenhouse projects across Europe, the UAE, Slovakia, Turkey, India, South Africa, and the USA. In addition, he is the author and translator of over 15 books on agriculture, mushrooms, saffron, medicinal plants, and personal development.
