EUTOPIA is a European alliance of ten universities engaged in collaboration to develop an inclusive and innovative academic environment..[1][2][3]. The alliance promotes cross-border collaboration in education, research, and innovation, with the aim of transforming higher education. In addition to its ten core members, EUTOPIA is associated with six global partner institutions and fifteen associate partners[1][2][3].
The alliance was established in response to the European Union's push to encourage deeper cooperation between universities across Europe. EUTOPIA is part of the broader “European Universities” initiative, launched in 2018 and supported by the European Commission[4][5]. There 65 alliances under this initiative, involving more than 570 higher education institutions across Europe[4].

Initiatives
