SASSIX (Hangul: 새식스) is a six-member South Korean boy group formed by SM Entertainment through the survival show SM The Next Stage. The group consists of six trainees selected through global fan voting and performance evaluations during a six-month pre-debut program under the project name NEXT12.
The group is scheduled to debut officially in late 2025 with a mini-album and global promotions.

History
[edit]Pre-debut: 2025 – SM The Next Stage and formation
[edit]The members of SASSIX were originally part of the trainee competition project NEXT12. After six months of missions, live stages, and fan voting, the top six trainees were selected to debut as SASSIX on June 2025.
Debut: Late 2025
[edit]SM Entertainment confirmed that SASSIX will release their debut mini-album in the fourth quarter of 2025, alongside a global showcase tour. The group is also expected to participate in limited NEXT12 sub-unit activities.
