As of 2025, Transcenda has a global team of over 200 contributors, across its core locations in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Colombia, and Brazil.
History
[edit]Transcenda was founded in 2019 by Megan Fales (CEO and Co-Founder) and Alexey Koval (CTO and Co-Founder). The company's headquarters are located in Detroit, US, and the first delivery office was established in Kyiv, Ukraine. Transcenda built a strong regional presence with offices opening in Poland and Romania (2022), Colombia (2023), and Brazil (2025).
At the beginning of 2025, Transcenda’s near-term greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).[1] Later the same year, Transcenda was recognized on the list of 'America's Greatest Startup Workplaces' by Newsweek.[2]
