VINATech Co. Ltd. (Korean: 비나텍) is a South Korean manufacturer of supercapacitors, Al-Polymer & Hybrid capacitors and fuel cell components[1], headquartered in Jeonju, South Korea. The company is known for its development of high-temperature supercapacitors and hybrid capacitor solutions for energy storage applications. It is listed at the Korean stock exchange with symbol 126340[2] and part of the S&P Global BMI Index since 2021.[3]
VINATech was founded in 1999 and has since expanded its operations globally, supplying products for automotive, industrial, and IoT applications. In May 2024, VINATech acquired Enesol Co., Ltd., a Korean manufacturer of Al-Polymer and Al-Polymer Hybrid capacitors.[4][5]
VINATech has received several innovation awards, including recognition from the Korea Economic Daily and KOTRA for its contributions to green technology.
