Vii Vii

Vii Vii is a female music artist: singer, songwriter, and producer. Her debut album, Welcome To The Jungle, is set to be released next summer. She curates and creates variety music with a focus rooted in Hip Hop and Rhythm & Blues. She has said to have many inspirations, including but not limited to the pop and rap star Drake. She has a unique sound that includes all of her music inspirations.
Early Life
[edit]Vii Vii was introduced to music as a child through her musical family and church. She was in a music group with four of her siblings, entitled Ghetto Children, when she was 6 years old. She also spent much of her childhood in choir, praise dancing, and miming for her church. By the age of 16, she was singing in choir and taking music theory in high school.
Adult Life
[edit]After graduating, she attended Rochester Christian University where she majored in communications. While in college she began working for a local, Detroit, Television station NPowered Television Network that worked with public figures such as Lovely MiMi and Santia Deck (the host of Queen of Abs and former WNFC player). She also briefly worked as a camera operator for a major Hollywood producer, Lucas Behnken, on a documentary about the millionaire and philanthropist Charles Mully. After spending much of her life in the background and behind the scenes, she decided it was time to bring her talents center stage.
