Vilmos Dunszt[1][2][3] (born July 26, 2007[4][5]), professionally known as William Dunst[6][7], is a Hungarian singer.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14] He was born in Budapest and raised in Vecsés by a real estate investor mother and a businessman father.[8] He is of German descent; his family originally came from Stuttgart and settled in Hungary in the 18th century.[15][16][17][18]

He studied music at Kővirágok Énekiskola and the Vecsési Zenei Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola.[19] He was a member of the children’s choir at Madách Theatre until 2019 and performed in Hungarian musical theatre, including roles in The Sound of Music and Valahol Európában.[20] He also appeared in the social awareness campaign Anya, veszed a jövőm? by the National Consumer Protection Authority[21][22] and in the MOL commercial A szurkoló benned van.[23][24]

He began his solo music career in 2021 with his single “Devil”.[25][26][27][28] His 2022 cover of When I’m Gone by Katy Perry and Alesso has received over 178,000 views.[29] In 2024, he signed a distribution deal with The Orchard.[8][25][30]
