Edin is a male given name.

In the Balkans, Edin is popular among Albanians and Bosniaks in the former Yugoslav nations. The name is either a modification of the name Eden, which means "delight," a modification of the name Adin, which is derived from the Arabic word دين (din), meaning "faith", or taken from the Albanian Edin, which means "the knowing one."[1] The Bosnian region also has a female equivalent: Edina (for example, Edina Papo).
