Summary

Description
English: Mini hexagon thin film solar made from a 300 mm wafer. It is 13" x ~10' of solar surface area for ~10 square feet total, it would produce about 500 watts at ~50% efficiency, which is double the efficiency rate of current consumer solar cells.
