John Jacques was born in Bracebridge, Ontario and currently resides there. He went to Bracebridge Public School and graduated, going to Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary School in 2005.

John Jacques enjoys playing or watching football (soccer), playing various games on his computer and hanging around with friends.

Internet Life

John Jacques is an avid user of the internet. He is a regular member on various forums, including Metal Slug Database (fansite and forum of a game series), Creations Forums (artistic forum), Facepunch Studios (Half Life 2 and Gary's Mod related forum) and many more.

John Jacques also has his own site, entitled John Jacques: The Site.

Soccer Career

During his Youth Club days, John Jacques was a Defender, usually LB or RB.

John Jacques first official soccer game was in 2004 against rival club MPS. The Team Manager did not properly train his squad, however, and no actual practices were made---just skirmish matches. John Jacques formed a great team with fellow players Kenny Cunningham and Mclean.

John Jacques' team did not win the tournament that year, but the training, skill and team chemistry it built has served John well.

After his youth club days John did not join up with the BMLSS Soccer Team. Instead, he opted to play recreational soccer and practice deaking and shooting with friends. The 2006/2007 season begun, and John Jacques was on the front 11. He got into a disagreement with his coach on whether he should be a midfielder (as he wanted) or a defenceman (as his coach wanted). John ended up walking away from the team.
