The Global March to Gaza is an upcoming international initiative to cross from Egypt into Gaza on foot at the Rafah crossing. Once in Rafah, they intend to stage a protest there.[1][2][3][4][5]
The march will involve 150 non-governmental organizations and activists from 31 countries, and is expected to take place mid-June 2025.[6] Participants will assemble starting June 12, 2025 in Cairo, Egypt. They will then go to Al-Arish and continue onward on foot to the Gaza border.[7]
The aims of the march are stopping the genocide, delivering aid, breaking the siege, exposing IDF crimes, and urging legal action against breaches of international law.[7]
