The Besant Hill School of Happy Valley, formerly the Happy Valley School, is a American day boarding school in Upper Ojai, California.

The school was envisioned by Annie Besant, Guido Ferrando, Aldous Huxley, J. Krishnamurti, and Rosalind Rajagopal on 500 acres of land that were bought in 1927 by Besant.[1] It first opened its doors in Fall 1946. The school was later renamed in Besant's honor.
