Don Brockett (January 30, 1930 - May 2, 1995) was an actor, comedian, and producer and director from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, best known for his portrayal of Chef Brockett on Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. He had small parts in many major films including Flashdance, The Silence of the Lambs, and Bob Roberts.

Brockett was one-half of the popular Pittsburgh comedy team, "Brockett and Barbara". He was also known for his annual comedic cinematic look at Pittsburgh, Forbidden Pittsburgh.
