Rudolph M'bela Douala (born September 25, 1978 in Douala) is a Cameroonian footballer currently playing as an attacker for Asteras Tripolis. He can play in the midfield or as a striker.

Douala started his career at Saint-Étienne but did not make any league appearances for the French club, moving to Portugal when he was 20 years old. There, he played for Boavista FC, União de Leiria and then at Sporting C.P.. On the last day of the 2006 summer transfer window, he moved on loan to Portsmouth, with a view to a permanent signing.

Speculation during the 2007 winter transfer window had linked Douala with a move away from the club, with the player reportedly frustrated at his lack of first team opportunities at Fratton Park. A move never materialized, however, and Douala recently revealed that "on the last day of the transfer window two clubs were calling me all day, but I said 'I want to stay'".

He returned to Sporting Clube de Portugal when his loan contract with Portsmouth ended, and on 14 July 2007, he rejoined old club Saint-Étienne for an undisclosed fee. He played one season with the club and was released on July 1, 2008. On September 10 he moved to the greek football team FC Asteras Tripolis.[1]
