Naagzilla is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language supernatural high-fantasy comedy film directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films.[1][2] The film stars Kartik Aaryan in the titular role as a shape-shifting serpent. It is the first installment in a planned high-concept creature comedy trilogy.[3][4]
The film was officially announced on 22 April 2025, and scheduled to be released on 14 August 2026.[5]
Plot
[edit]The first chapter in a high-concept creature comedy trilogy, where ancient serpentine legends intertwine with modern chaos, a mystical being emerges from Naag Lok to confront an unprecedented threat, marking the beginning of an epic saga.

[edit]The film will be produced by Dharma Productions in collaboration with Mahaveer Jain Films.[6]
Release
[edit]Naagzilla is scheduled for a theatrical release on 14 August 2026, on the occasion of Naag Panchami and Independence day.[7][8]
