Pam Dawber (born October 18, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American actress.

She is most known for her role as Mindy McConnell on the television series Mork and Mindy, which ran on ABC from 1978 to 1982. Her character was very popular as she was the comedic foil and eventual love interest for Robin Williams' character, Mork from the planet Ork. She also starred in her own series as Samantha Russell on My Sister Sam, which ran on CBS from 1986 to 1988. She also parodied her role on classic sitcoms with John Ritter in the 1992 movie Stay Tuned.

She is married to actor Mark Harmon.
