Suspected sockpuppets

[edit]

In this talk page message in October 2024, the user MJ2257 said they are the personal assistant of Nicholas Halley, who is the director of Capella Regalis Choirs. The user MJ2257 created the article Capella Regalis Choirs directly in the mainspace, which I draftified, leaving a COI notice on their talk page. The user denied having a COI, so I went to the COI Noticeboard, where the user MJ2257 blanked my report twice: [1][2]. Following this, the user SilaGerAllePac25 (coincidentally, spells Capella Regalis backwards) was created immediately afterwards, and made an edit on Capella Regalis Choirs. I left a COI notice on their userpage, which the user MJ2257 then blanked. Next, the user CatLyn94 was created, editing the same set of pages and then disappearing after I left a COI notice on their talk page. Capella Regalis Choirs was accepted at AfC yesterday, and now the user Hwrnqpi2 has showed up today, not yet directly editing those articles but adding a citation to the same Musique Royale website associated with Halley and used by the other accounts in this edit. I didn't want to take this to SPI at first, but it seems like it's going to be an ongoing issue, and the user has made no attempt at communication. MediaKyle (talk) 17:19, 30 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
