SighSci and associated socks have a singular interest in Cassava Sciences, simufilam and associated BLPs, and in past discussions, have indicated knowlege of personal information about one of the subjects [1]. Identifying information and motivation was provided by Mnachtrab at COIN 1 and COIN 2 discussions.

After SEC charges and journal retractions (see Lindsay Burns, Hoau-Yan Wang, Charles Piller, Simufilam, Cassava Sciences, and others) and the end of its efforts to promote simufilam for Alzheimer's treatment, Cassava is moving forward with alternate applications for simufilam [2], providing continued motivation to promote the company and associated articles.

A new account has shown a singular interest in Cassava-related articles, also indicating knowledge of information that I've not encountered in sources (pushing a version of information about the SEC settlement not found in sources[3], [4]) and removing reliably sourced information while downplaying charges.[5] I am refraining for now from adding edit summary analysis; see CU wiki for further info.
