Kim Carson A.K.A. Sherie Weil is an American radio personality. She was born in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from Denby High School. She was the first full time female air personality at WDRQ from 1978-1985. Kim won an award for "Best Nighttime Radio Personality" in Detroit, she also won a trophy for 1st Place in the Detroit Celebrity Grand Prix and was highly rated in radio focus groups throughout her career. Kim then moved to WCZY from 1985-1989, becoming the first full-time female hired by Gannett. She is the author of Essence of Life...A Compilation Of Inspiration and Poem (ISBN 0965963608). She is currently living and working in Grand Rapids, Michigan at WLHT.
