Catalyst Brands LLC is a parent company formed in 2025 by the merger of SPARC Group and JCPenney.[1][2]

SPARC Group brands include Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand Jeans, and Nautica.[3][4][5] JCPenney CEO Marc Rosen is leading Catalyst Brands.[6][7]
