Baby Boi (often stylized in all caps) is the upcoming fourth studio album by American rapper Playboi Carti. It is set to be released in 2025 through AWGE and Interscope Records. Following the release of the highly-anticipated album

Music, Carti and his affiliates have posted a variety of posts across multiple social media platforms regarding the upcoming album. The album's title also seems to be a nickname for Carti himself.
Promotion
On October 31, 2023, an image Playboi Carti with "Baby Boy" tattooed on his arm circulated,[1] this caused speculation amongst fans on what the tattoo meant.[2] On November 5, 2023, close affiliate of Carti, Opmbabi made an Instagram Reel of a video of Carti performing with the caption "babyboi".[3] On February 22, 2025, during the promotion of Carti's album Music a billboard from Spotify and Playboi Carti stated "BABYBOI".[4][5] Around this time, rumors from alleged music leakers started to circulate that an album called Baby Boi by Playboi Carti was going to release in 2025. On April 4th, 2025, it was revealed by DJ Swamp Izzo (a close affiliate of Carti) that the album Baby Boi was done.[6][7] Frequent producer for Playboi Carti, F1lthy also stated that Baby Boi was done and further confirmed what DJ Swamp Izzo revealed earlier.[8][9] A number of posts across social media from Carti himself promote the album and hint at the 2025 release date.[10][11]
