improved infobox
Removing composition bar which added without consensus and with no explanation. Composition bars for legislature status should not be added in the infobox of articles not about legislatures. The government's parliament (direct) support may (and frequently does) vary through its tenure, as well as its confidence and supply support. Further, government articles are not and do not cover this (note MOS:INFOBOXPURPOSE) and no reason is given for inclusion (other than, seemingly, decoration)
