If they are notable you have to add the sources to show that before submitting, we have hundreds articles submitted every day that claim the subject is notable and most are not. Find sources, add them and resubmit. KylieTastic (talk) 09:24, 11 June 2025 (UTC)

Hi Ahqeeb, if the version I reviewed you had 4 sources. [1] has one independent sentence, then the rest is non-independent quotes. [2] is run-of-the-mill reporting based on what the subject says, again mostly non-independent quotes. [3] is PR so ignores for notability. Hi VermontPowderKing, yes unfortunately this is a case of a lot of exiting articles do not meet the policies and guidelines. Also teams seasons articles is an area of confusing consensus at the moment. It certainly fails the general notability guideline. A lot of the older seasons, even though just as badly sourced, some (sports fans etc) would say are notable based off the underlying notability of the team. However in this case it is also at the moment a WP:CRYSTALBALL issue as the first game is not until August. As such the current draft says little but something is most likely to happen. I understand that this is a minor topic, but in previous years articles like the 2024 LIU Sharks football team were created and accepted in March, so I don't understand how it could be considered to be too soon. Furthermore, articles for other schools in the conference, such as 2025 Robert Morris Colonials football team and 2025 Central Connecticut Blue Devils football team were approved.
