The EV Network, Legally The Electric Vehicle Network Limited[1], short EVN, is an infrastructure, investment, and development company in the UK for installing electric vehicle charging points and charging hubs.[2]

It is Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with Chairman Greg Barker, and founder CEO Reza Shaybani.[3]

History

The EV Network was formed in October 2017 by CEO Reza Shaybani and COO Sam Shaybani.[4]

In November 2020 Elektra Charge Limited was formed by The EV Network.[5][6]

March 2021, EVN and BP Pulse signed an agreement to rapidly increase the amount of EV charging facilities in the UK.[7]

7th September 2023 The EV Network opened the UK's largest charge hub at the NEC in Birmingham, capable of charging 180 vehicles at once.[8][9]

Operations

The EV Network plans, develops, constructs, and manages various EV charging sites around the UK. They operate under their own Brand name Elektra, or partner with other brands such as BP Pulse, E.ON Drive, ESB Energy.[10]

As of June 2025 EVN have 37 active sites, and 91 sites under constriction around the UK.[10]
