The Woodlands Hills[1] is located in Conroe and Willis, Texas, in Montgomery County, north of Houston, just west of Interstate I-45 off FM 830. The Welcome Center is located at 1460 N. Teralyn Hills Drive, Conroe, TX 77318.

The Woodlands Hills is the first master planned community among the portfolio of the developer[2], Howard Hughes Holdings Inc..

As a real estate development and management company, Howard Hughes’ portfolio of large-scale, mixed-use master planned communities is the largest of its kind in the country[3], with locations spread across five regions. In addition to The Woodlands Hills, Howard Hughes has developed The Woodlands and Bridgeland master planned communities in the Greater Houston area as well as Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada and many other communities across the United States.

Opened in July of 2018[4], The Woodlands Hills is an award-winning[5] 2,000-acre master planned community. It is set among a forested, rolling terrain and offers nature-inspired amenities.[6]

Homes in The Woodlands Hills are built by nine homebuilders made up of national companies and local Houston area companies. They include: Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Brightland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes.

Education

Students living in The Woodlands Hills attend public schools of Willis Independent School District, which include Willis High School, Brabham Middle School, and Meador Elementary School.[7]
