Khalibandha (Odia: ଖଳିବନ୍ଧ) is a village located in the Tarava Gram Panchayat of Dhenkanal district in the Indian state of Odisha. It lies approximately 9 kilometers north of the district headquarters, Dhenkanal.

Khalibandha is surrounded by Raipur to the east, Nimataila to the south, Nuagaon to the north, and Tarava to the west.
