Yiannis Michael (born 17 June 1979) is a Cypriot holistic psychologist, speaker and author. He is the founder of Re-Paint Your Life Holistic Mental Health Centers operating in Nicosia, Cyprus and Athens, Greece. His work, which includes integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques with bioresonance therapy, has been featured in local media outlets.[1][2]
Early life and education

Michael was born in Cyprus. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Counselling Psychology at Florida International University, with a focus on anxiety and panic disorders.
Career
[edit]Michael is a licensed counselling psychologist.[citation needed] He founded Re-Paint Your Life, an initiative focused on emotional well-being. His therapeutic model incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, journaling, and bioresonance therapy.[2] His work has been discussed in both Greek and Cypriot media.
Public speaking and events
[edit]Michael has organized public events under the Re-Paint Your Life banner, promoting mental health awareness. These have included appearances by international speakers such as Simona Atzori, Muniba Mazari, and Shefali Tsabary.[3][4][5]
