The LA Riot are an American men's 3-on-3 basketball team based in Los Angeles, California that plays in the BIG3.

The team was first announced on May 10, 2024, as part of the BIG3’s shift to a city-based model beginning with the 2025 season. The franchise is owned by Shawn Horwitz, CEO of Palm Drive Associates, who acquired the rights to bring the team to Los Angeles.[1] The Riot name was officially revealed on March 26, 2025, the same day Nick Young was announced as the team’s first head coach.[2]
