Prithviraj Productions is an Indian film production and distribution company based in Kerala. It was established in 2017 by Prithviraj Sukumaran and his wife Supriya Menon, since then, it has produced six Malayalam films.[1][2]

History

Prithviraj Productions debuted in film production through the 2019 Malayalam film 9 (Nine), directed by Jenuse Mohamed starred Prithviraj in lead role.[3] Major part of the filming took place in Manali and Spiti Valley. It took more than six months for the post-production.[4] Production of the film was completed at a cost lower than the estimated budget.[5]

The company's second project was Driving License, which was released in 2019. The film was announced on 11 July 2019 and principal photography began in the following week.[6] It had a box office collection around ₹384.5 million.
