Revision as of 09:00, 18 March 2022

I have moved your article to draft space because it does not contain any explanation of how the subject meets the Wikipedia:Notability criteria. You can work on it there before submitting for review. Deb (talk) 11:12, 8 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Portable (singer) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Portable (singer), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Celestina007, It’s funny that the both of them has COI tags — because they’re musicians? Simply moving them to draft wouldn’t have been so bad but calling me a "possible sock" then leave this at your edit summary as an evidence is quite disappointing. Articles that are draftified can’t be re-created? I only believe that an article is suitable IF they met the general notability guidelines, and the articles you moved does, but I shouldn’t break a sweat finding more sources — because they’re notable. Nobody insinuated that the COI tags were there due to they being musicians, it wasn’t never even implied so I’m not sure why you bring that up. I’m not sure this diff is what you think it is. Ah! I see Deb has recently moved one of your non notable articles back to Draftspace. Why are you creating articles on non notable Nigerian individuals? Celestina007 (talk) 05:47, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Celestina007, what are you doing? Deb messaged me manually, so IDK why you’re mentioning him. And for the diff, I am the sole contributor of the version you draftified, and am I not socking, neither do I know these folks.
Moving ahead, the last time I read GNG, it stated that I needed 3 reliable, independent sources that would be able to verify claims I made on articles. So, when ever I see an entity with sourced on reliable and independent newspapers, I tend to write about them or better still, add them to my sandbox — just incase I forget about the person. So, I am not creating articles about non-notable Nigerians. For David Hundeyin, this source on Blueprint, and this on ThisDay with this? on Daily Nigerian, and this on Arise News amongst others and the already cited ones surely makes me notable. I already have multiples source lined up in the web (you can check this ti verify if I’m lying), I am being just a lazy-ass-potato-man at the moment, that’s why I’ve left them as a draft, hopefully, I’ll get the time to develop these articles.
