From e.g. 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament#Tournament seeds section, get WML (add anchor to section if named differently).
Reduce to only rows that match: basketball team\| (should match number of entries – currently 68; find outliers as needed).
Remove rows that match: \[\[[0-9]{4}–[0-9]{2} ([A-Za-z &.-–']+) ([A-Za-z &.-–']+) basketball team\|\1\]\] Note there are some special cases that don't match and have to be handled manually (e.g. Miami (FL), Ole Miss)
Add existing redirects (i.e. that appear in redirect color in the rendered article)
