Appearance
There are several major climate types in Turkey under Köppen climate classification.
In Black Sea area, Humid subtropical climate (Cfa) or Oceanic climate (Cfb) are found.
Parts of Central Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia includes Semi-arid climate types.
Continental climate types are also found in Central Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia regions.
In the Southeastern Antolia, Mediterranean, Aegean and Marmara regions, Mediterranean climate is found, which is usually the Hot-summer Mediterranean climate (Csa).[1]
